Reservation, Booking and Cancellation Policy

Our representatives will help you put together a package that meets your needs and budget.

Because many of our advertising spaces are in high-demand, we enforce a strict reservation and cancellation policy.

Space reservations: Your dates are reserved only when you have been issued an insertion order (IO) from Techfocus Media, itemizing the dates and spaces reserved for you. These placements are reserved for one week, and then they will be returned to inventory and are subject to prior sale. To confirm your reservations, fax the signed IO back to Techfocus Media. Once we have received your confirmation, the space is reserved permanently and cancellation fees apply (see cancellation policy below).

Advertising materials are usually due one week before the campaign starts. For some placements we require a longer lead time. We will try to remind you in advance of your materials due dates, but timely delivery of materials is your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy:

For booked campaigns (campaigns for which we have received a signed IO) ad reservations are subject to cancellation fees according to the following schedule:

- 30 days or less before publication: 100% cancellation fee

- 6 months to 31 days before publication: 50% cancellation fee

- More than 6 months before publication: 25% cancellation fee
